Kfc - Phoenix

Just left this restaurant, the food was mediocre the Original Recipe chicken was fried hard and crispy, and funny enough...so was the biscuit. KFC has gone WAY downhill and I 'm so sure this will be the last time I ever visit, because it seems like every time I take a chance and buy a meal at KFC it 's always a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Just, NO!

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Had!! I ordered my meal and they had me wait over 25mins on the side. I seen 10 to 15 cars come and go after I had already ordered payed!! Then when I got my order 25 minutes later they STILL FORGOT large macaroni I ordered with my meal!! So I had to go back around and the guy look at me and said what macaroni til I showed him my RECEIPT. Then walked off mad and someone else brought it. (WORST DRIVE-THRU EVER!! Food was great and warm. The young man with bowl cut and large incisors kept my $0.41. I questioned him about it. He said they were rounding up. My total was $7.59, I gave him a $20. I got no receipt and only $12 in change. Sketchy.

They didnt have any peices of chicken i wished to order, so as hungry as i was i had to settle for the worste pieces of chicken they had. The service at this lication is the worste.

Food was good.... BATHROOMS WERE ANOTHER STORY ALLTOGETHER!!!!!! WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. MENS AND WOMENS. I HAVE WORKED CONSTRUCTION AND HAVE SEEN BETTER BATHROOMS AND BLUEROOMS. JUST DISGUSTING! IF AND ONLY IF...THEY CLEAN THEM I MIGHT CONSIDER DINING THERE AGAIN..... MAYBE.....POSSIBLY NOT....G R O S E.......We saw them after we ate. If we would have seen this first we would have left immediately.
