Burger King - Phoenix

The restaurant has been closed for almost two months due to the pandemic. Since reopening, the same staff members continue to have their backs turned to the dining room and guests. The tables are still dirty and have fingerprints and lip prints on the windows. The restaurant relies heavily on the microwave oven to reheat food, even for items advertised as flame-grilled. Unfortunately, most of the time the food ends up being reheated under a heat lamp or in the overused microwave oven. As the economy declines, it is important to consider where we are spending our money. The value and quality at this Burger King location is not up to par.

I fear the other reviews are right about the bad service there. I'm trying to understand. think, maybe they just have a bad day. So it falls on management and the owner. I've been working in close proximity for several years. I just haven't had the time to check bcuz is not my time worth. I told myself every time I went there, you know better, and expect her order to be wrong. but not in succession. bon appétite!
