Bidra med feedbackRecently, we visited one of their newest locations just five days after it opened. It's a critical time for any restaurant, as the pressure is high to deliver without making mistakes. However, I can confidently say we were not disappointed. Instead of experiencing any hiccups, we found everything to be excellent. Having recently relocated to Phoenix, one of the restaurants we missed most from the East Coast was Bonefish Grill, and now it's finally here! This is the go-to spot for both simple and discerning tastes. We decided to order some of our old favorites from Bonefish Grill to see if they upheld their high standards across the country. We started with two refreshing cocktails—a Moscow Mule and a white cosmopolitan martini—and both were perfectly crafted as if the bartender had years of experience. Next, we enjoyed a fantastic Tuna Sashimi, expertly prepared with the right amount of sesame seeds and cooked to perfection. Every bite left my wife and me saying “WOW!” As I've mentioned before, most of their offerings are always well-prepared and consistently make my top ten list. This new location is fantastic, featuring a lovely dining area, a casual bar, and an ample outdoor seating space. For our main course, we chose Chicken Tacos along with an incredible Lump Crab Corn Chowder that had a delightful hint of bacon—it was truly wonderful. I also tried the Tempura-style battered fish and chips, savoring every bite. As a fan of their North Atlantic Cod from the East Coast, I was pleased to find they use Alaskan Pollock here. While it's slightly denser than cod, its mild flavor paired perfectly with the delicious batter. We rounded off our meal with their fantastic brownie—absolutely amazing! My only question for Bonefish Grill is: will we ever see seafood dishes like Bouillabaisse, Cioppino, Caldo de mariscos, Riblji paprika, or Zarzuela on the menu? I must also commend Bonefish for the professionalism and exceptional service provided by our server Colette, along with the knowledgeable and attentive Floor Manager Rhonda. Whether you choose to sit at the bar or in the dining area, we highly recommend this restaurant. Be prepared for crowds in the near future, as this spot is sure to become very popular. We can’t wait to return—bon appétit!
