I am very disappointed at this place I came through the drive thru sophia was the author she had cut off to me every set, to say that everything was, she was very rude, I asked her about the intercom, if I have cooked my whole order, fresh she answered yes, yes, pull her into the window when she had not even greeted me the two women were not only very unprofesss
I’ve lived in the area for most of my life and have been a long standing patron of Arbys. In the past few years, customer service has declined significantly. Employees and management are rude and unwilling to listen. In my last experience I presented a valid coupon that they forgot to enter in. Then they proceeded to argue with me about it ultimately I was told “nothing could be done about the charge.” This location needs to fix the way it treats its customers. I miss my old Arby experience.
Employees are always very friendly, heard (I believe the manager on duty or possibly the shift lead at least I hope) being super encouraging to staff and cheering them on for doing a great job, great energy!
Cleanest Arby's that I have ever been in and I'm 51 years sold. They have me a lot of fries but my sandwich seemed small that's why I didn't give them 5 stars.
