Jersey Mike's Subs - Phoenix

Cramped, tiny store with no room. Employees looked lost and confused. Took almost 40 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Will not come back.

Ordered a couple to sandwiches to go, one grilled, and watched them cook the sandwiche without cleaning the grill first. Was then given a incorrect sandwich for my order. When I returned to get the correct sandwich made they argued about correcting the order. New sandwich was eventually made but meat over cooked and hard. Disgusting food and service.

Nice mainstream sandwich shop. Clean and fast service. Food is fresh, especially their vegetables. The price is decent as well.

Great, friendly staff, however I was a bit disappointed in my sandwich. It was very challenging to eat as it had too much dressing on it. The bread fell apart and the cold cuts wound up sliding out of my sandwich. It also just wasn't super flavorful. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there maybe 10 minutes later, the shop was super busy. However, the staff were extremely polite and accommodating, offering me a fountain drink while I waited for my sandwich (my wait was less than 5 minutes). Not my favorite Jersey Mike's experience.

I frequently order food from here on a weekly basis and it’s always pretty good. Today I ordered the tuna in a tub and it had so much mayonnaise that I couldn’t even eat it and ended up throwing it away. I would highly recommend if you could simply cut back on adding so much mayonnaise next time around please.
