Domino's Pizza - Phoenix

I visited this Domino's location intending to order a pizza. The sign indicated they were open, and their online ordering also confirmed this. However, it seems they closed early. To make matters worse, the manager, who goes by Jessica, was outside the store smoking weed with what appeared to be one of her employees. She then had the audacity to confront me for trying to take pictures of a store that was supposed to be open at that time.

My order was completely messed up. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have toppings on only half, but they ended up putting them on the whole pizza. When I picked it up, the toppings were barely on the pizza and fell off right away—by the time I got home, there was nothing left but cheese. They also gave me the wrong sides and the wrong drink, so virtually my entire order was incorrect. I had to wait for my food to be prepared, and then I had to wait even longer because everything they handed me was wrong.

I ordered pizza and wings, and the app indicated that my food would be ready by 2:13. However, when I arrived at 2:20, they hadn’t even started preparing my order. They told me it would take another 15-20 minutes. I don’t understand why they provided an estimated time they couldn't meet.

This is the cleanest pizza place I have ever been into, the staff were super quick and friendly and they seemed to be having fun too. Great place to get your pizza fix
