Ultimo Coffee - Philadelphia

This coffee shop has been around my neighborhood for a while now and today was my first time visiting it. I ordered an iced tea and 2 slices of cake. I paid and of course I give $2 tip.The barista? he gave me a brown bag with my cake in it and when I looked inside (I'm glad I did), it's only 1 cake instead of 2. I asked him I want the other one too and he gave me the other one.I know it's probably an honest mistake since he also talking with his other co-worker while serving me, but at least say sorry?? or acknowledge that he made an honest mistake?I work with customers on daily basis and I expect at least basic simple common courtesy.I only can give 4 out of 5 start for now based on my recent experience. Maybe better next time.
