Hyon's Seafood - Philadelphia

No the Hyons I remember from the early 90s. I didnt know imitation scallops even existed, but they do. Hyon sells them in the special platter #6. Along with the fake crab sticks and nasty warm coleslaw. The little shrimp was all I could stomach from that platter. The absolute worst.

Worst food ever, i had to ask for a refund as my scallops, chicken gizzards and fish were cooked to a crosp/burned and inedible. They have fallen off and used to be better than this. Perhaps they need to hire cooks who care and would cook as if they were cooking fo thselves or family and friends. Will never order from here again unless its in person and I live in the area. Two thumbs down
