The food took over an hour and was cold. The lettuce in our salads were BROWN. My wings were wrong. Nachos were stale. It took 30 minutes to get Mayo for my burger when complaining to the manager I was told “it’s not that bad right?”

Went with my nephews and they had a blast! they loved the kids cheese pizza and the pretzel hotdog lol. also, a woman took our picture and let us keep a copy for free, so we have that memory for a long time. loved that. good times. parking, however, is an egregious $30. was not happy about that. they did give us a $10 coupon right afterwards. but $20 is still way too much to park for a couple hours.

We sat at the bar. Service was terrible had to keep calling the bartender every time we needed something and when out plates was piled up to remove them

Great place to bring kids and have a fun day with them when it rains or they are off school.

The last time we were in this place, it had a decor of rich wood and brick and had a very warm cozy pub like feel. Someone decided to paint all that dark gray and black. It is now dark, cold and depressing. The industrial feel was not remotely inviting. The service continually forgot about us. The worst part was the food was horrible. We got nachos and they were cold and soggy. The chicken strips were dried out and tough. Fries were dry and cold. And the food is a little on the high side for what you get. The game area was not monitored kids were running around unattended not playing the games but throwing balls hitting people with them and running into people. Not likely to ever be back. Very sad how this place declined and changed for the worse.
