Corner Bakery - Philadelphia

Had the chicken pesto sandwich, which looked really good, but was absolutely blanching. the grilled chicken was very cold without taste and even if I could see specifies a pesto on the brot, I could not taste it at all. for the cost I would really just go to the bruno bros. once again, not bad just blanding and boring.

We had a wonderful breakfast at this location! All of the employees were so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to talk to our kids and be helpful to us. The pastries we had were all delicious. Excellent experience!

I've been visiting Philly for business for the past ten years...minus the pandemic. I stop into this place a few times a week to grab coffee and breakfast on my way into the office. This is my first time back in Philly in three years, and I was so glad to see a familiar face at the Corner Bakery. Wendell has always been friendly and helpful, and he has a great attitude, something that is often missing in the service industry. There is no Corner Bakery where I live, so this is my first time getting my favorite breakfast here, overnight Swiss oats, and hazelnut coffee.

Had the soup and a sandwich. Both were very good. Staff was friendly. You order at the counter, and they bring your order to the table.

My girlfriend and I stopped in during our Valentine's weekend in philly. She saw the shop from across the street while we were walking back to check out of the hotel we had stayed at. She got a mint coffee, which she absolutely enjoyed. The mint not only helped her wake up, but she loved the fresh feeling after each sip. They have a large seating area. However, due to covid restrictions, I'm unsure if the entire dining area is open.
