How do you mess up a chicken bowl order? I received everything except the chicken. I'm never ordering from this place again. This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

I used to work here, and my experience with the staff was extremely challenging.

It's not worth ordering online. Your food won't be ready by the time you arrive because they don’t start preparing it until you show up. You'll end up waiting around 20 minutes, as they give priority to customers who order in person. Plus, nine times out of ten, they get your order wrong.

First time eating from this location and I just sat down to eat my lunch. Why is the end of the red onion inside of my bowl. Not enough protein for me I didn’t finish the bowl the flavor was off as well.

If you place an order for pickup make sure you open it up and check it. My employer bought everyone lunch and I ordered a steak burrito bowl. I did not eat it at work. I brought it home to have for dinner. I waited until I got good and hungry to open it. THERE WAS NO STEAK, AND I ORDERED THE DOUBLE PROTEIN PORTION???
