Rude workers in the drive. Definitely hate that jobs do not say hello or give us a minute. Only Bro hold a minute Bro after we heard we're just gone. Lost our business

Rude. Not a single ?hello? or ?You?re welcome.? They talk to people with little to no respect. I?m not expecting 5 star service at all but at least treat me like a person. They just take your order and toss you the food. Worst service I?ve ever experienced.

Placed an order online and paid for it. The order was confirmed and when I got there to pick it up they had all the doors locked and no one was there. Reached out to support multiple times about getting a refund and no one could help. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Sabina and Bonita were extremely helpful and attentive while serving me. I had a problem a few days ago after making an order on the app. The restaurant did not have enough chicken tenders to fulfill my order and unfortunately the staff was unable to cancel my order or give me a refund. They instructed me to try to get the refund online and if it did not work to contact the Manager and they would take care of it. After not hearing back for a few days I reached out to Bonita and she told me she could credit me or I could go pick up my order today instead because they had restocked. Sabina had amazing customer service skills while providing my order to me and even thanked me for coming back after dealing with the app problem. The staff at the Checkers does their best to accommodate and keep their customers happy. I will be coming back.

Is it even open lol? I made order online went to pickup 30 min after it opened and place looks deserted lol. I contacted the support and provided with details haven?t heard from them in two weeks. Good fries, will be getting them from supermarket instead.
