Zaxby's - Phenix City

I'm a big fan of Zaxby's, I enjoy being the most salads that sometimes are a lot. My husband had the chicken sandwich and it was a nice piece of chicken I have to say. I am glad that this special location lobby was open because they are not all very uncomfortable.

The food was good, but the interior of the restaurant was not very clean. The soda machine was very dirty. the counter where the tea sits was sticky and they had so many lids in the bins that you could not get one out without touching others.

This location has a great customer service! The cashier and manager were both very helpful to fix my mistake in the app and the food was delicious!

When I ask for my food to be cooked a certain way that's what I expect because I am paying with my hard earned money.
