We spent a wonderful evening at the restaurant of the workshop thanks to a duo in life as in the kitchen. Monsieur aux quatreneaux for our greatest happiness and Madame en salle to share their common passion and present the dishes. All products are seasonal and the focus is on the local. A pleasure for taste buds and a true trip to the heart of the Languedoc roussillon. Thanks for your delicious welcome and your kitchen which is not left behind. We'll talk about it and we'll be back.
