Bidra med feedbackOrdered through the app a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap and a grande mocha cookie crumble. The app said it would be 14 16 min but we were there within 10 min. Drinks looked melted like they’d been sitting. So no crumble in the one frap and the caramel on was flavorless ice. I didn’t have time to go back in I order through the app so I can grab it and head back to work. Two stars for friendly service. $14 for fraps that don’t taste right…not worth it.

Typically a good experience but today not so much thanks to Angie. I placed my order on the app and went to the store. When I got there they were extremely busy and my sandwich was sitting in the bin so I assumed my cappuccino would be up shortly. After just over 10 mins I had to leave so I asked to cancel my order. Angie didn’t like this and gave me nothing but attitude, even when I asked a different employee what her name was she said “Angie” angrily. Then she sarcastically yelled have a nice day when I left. I’ll be back but not if Angie is there.
I ordered a white chocolate mocha.What I got was a milky drink with hardly any ice in it.Pretty disappointed.
