Tokyo Hibachi Express - Petersburg

I called ahead but still ended up waiting over an hour. There were only two people in the back cooking, so I can't understand why it was so slow. The food was underwhelming and definitely not authentic hibachi. If you're looking for real hibachi experience, I suggest going to Hokkaido instead. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

I ordered a standard chicken hibachi and had to wait over an hour. During that time, I saw four different customers come in, place their orders at the counter, and receive their meals before we eventually left without ours. This isn’t the first time I've experienced this. I tried to ask the woman at the register about our order, but she ignored me, gave the food to a customer who had arrived 15 minutes after us, and then walked into the kitchen. At that point, we decided to leave. The food is tasty, but what's the point if it never arrives? I won't be coming back.

What frustrated me the most was the poor customer service. She didn't ask why I was requesting my money back, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience or the wait. Instead, she made it seem like it was my fault for their busy schedule. I will be sharing my experience with others and strongly discouraging anyone from dining here. They won't be receiving any more of my hard-earned money.

You have a great deal and I'm sensitive to them. low cost, good quality eating with friendly staff. the nice lady behind the counter treats me kindly.

Delicious, many possibilities and cheap. Eating is always fresh, hot and tasty.
