Last time I was there I walked up to order and waited for the lady to serve me but she was too busy going back and forth with things and disappearing into the back room. I may as well have been invisible. She didn't acknowledge me. After waiting for about 10 minutes I finally gave up and left.
The girl working was very nice. Made nice conversation. And made the sandwich very beautifully.
I ordered online (everything was paid for online), and went to pick up my flat bread sandwich and soda. My sandwich was done, so I grabbed it off the shelf and got my soda out of the cooler and started to walk out of the restaurant and to my car to get back to work. The dining area was semi full. All of a sudden, the gal working behind the counter YELLS, Mam, you need to come back here and pay for that drink ! I turned around, very quickly and embarrassed (almost at the door, mind you), and said, as I was walking back to the counter, I did pay for the drink with my sandwich, online ! She made me show her my receipt. Then the she said, Oh you did! Well we got hit with a lot of online orders and didn 't know . Ummm, ok, First off, before they holler across the dining room, in front of customers, to basically accuse someone of stealing, you 'd think they 'd look back on the online order screen to see what the person got. Or, even better, have the person 's full order ready and waiting on them, to save the embarrassment on both sides! They didn 't have customers, so, they certainly had time to look at the online orders. I got back to work and was very upset from that episode, plus, my sandwich was the worst I 've gotten from there! I called Subway and asked the guy that was working there, that the owner please call me. I 'm still waiting on a call from the owner!
I ask for salad but was their whole tomato should be cut up
