Great attitude Very pleasant cashier/server and the food was good

I love this Captain D's , they got a little lady in there that I just love to pieces, I forgot her name but she always so thorough and warm, keep up rhe good work guys.

Father in law for dinner. Our food arrived at our table warm and tasted ok for fast food fish. They don't give you enough tarter sauce and you have to pay for even one extra... AND THEY WERE OUT OF KETCHUP! Who allows themselves to run out of ketchup???!!! My father in law used a walker so we parked right out front and it was easy to get in the door and they're was seating close by. There were only 2 things I didn't like about my visit. The drink machine in the lobby was out of sweet tea and lemonade so when we wanted a refill I had to go to the front counter and wait to ask for refills while my food sat getting cold.... and it was cold when I got back. The restaurant was cold and I had to wear a jacket inside. The other item was that I went to check on when our food would be ready because it was taking a good while and we were ready to eat and get home. I saw our meals sitting on the food bin, counter, ready to go. I offered to take them and was told that I couldn't have them because she had to bring them out to us. So I had to sit and wait another almost 7 min for it food because they were taking orders in drive through and at the counter. It just bothered me. I could have had hot food instead of warm food had she given it to me. Seems taking someone hot food should be more important than taking an order. It would have taken 2 min. To bring me my food! Instead of the 7 min they took to order.. just saying!

I've been to this place twice. Service both times was fairly good the fish dinners were good. I don't know if they're still serving them but they did offer Fried Green Tomatoes. Which I sent back 3 times because they were nothing but greasy and well overcook.

Was between lunch and dinner time around 2 pm when got our meals, was $34 for 3 white fish dinners , hot poppers, and funnel cake sticks, fries were a on the cool side and the poppers must have been leftover from lunch but the fish, hush puppies and funnel cake sticks were all good , that is why I only gave them 3 stars. Will I go back, of course, most times they are really good, the young girl at the window was polite
