Bidra med feedbackLet me tell them a story about a Christmas Eve. we drove from peterborough to the gta to pick up the family on holy evening, we thought we would get a coffee for otw. bright idee (not) we decide to hit dieucks as it is just a block out of the way. the trip thru was lined on the side street so that the next bright idea (not) was to go, only about 5 people inside. order a simple old coffee and one of the seasonally cold coffee, give the hot coffee and wait. then wait a little more, still with the now not so hot coffee standing. 20 minits later ask against person about cold coffee n ot the one in the hand), poor person has no idea how after their drive thru and app orders come first. wtf ignore the live animation, are they in their lobby customers? another person also asked for reimbursement, and then I follow suit. I take the now barely warm hot coffee and go. missed almost half an hour. had bad experiences at this point, but none that achieved this level of incompetence or bad administration. mcdonalds has a system that balances, online, laufwerk thru and in person(competence) order. adjustments are processed in the order of the beginning. should have gone one more block west to tim’s
Line not worth it. Items go missing/never served and then they offer a subpar alternative
Incredibly busy so it can be slow at times (understandably) but I've only ever had one drink mistake. Otherwise they've been great.
I went here for a campus tour during August (2019) of course the lines where non existent, thus I am unable to speak on how they are during a academic year. Otherwise the Starbucks here is a full functioning shop with good staff.
Idk, who made my drink today, but I do a study sesh and got the same drink twice and she made it amazingly it is so good today. 100% will get another one. it is the perfect amount of sweet.
