Riverside Grill & Gazebo - Peterborough

We have eaten many times at the grill and were always very happy - I gave it a very good rating before. but recently I was in the hotel and got off the dining room (it was winter so the terrace was closed). there was no room service due to the kovid available so ordering in the restaurant had to be picked up what is in order, but there were no menus in the hotel room or any information about where to order food. I looked online and the phone numbers indicated were not in service. I had to go to the restaurant, get a menu, go back to our room to check it with my family member, go back to the restaurant to order (no phone number in the menu either). at the order I found out that the information was not correct on the menu description, so I had to consult with my family member in my room. I asked for the phone number of the restaurant so I could call her back with my order, but the personal did not know what the phone number was. she told me to ask the recipe (there was a long line there so I didn't do that I went back to my room then checked the menu again, went back to the restaurant, put my order, went back to my room and waited for her call, then went back to the restaurant to get the food. ah! When we finally got our food, it looked pretty decent until we tasted it. the food was unusable, the whole thing went straight into the müll. I got a veggie burger that I previously ordered on the terrace and was satisfied with it, but I guess they changed their burgers and this thing was totally dishonestly absolutely disgusting. the person I was traveling ate a part of her meal (a Greek salate) and ended so sick she was up all night. I'll never go back.

Told don’t need reservations when they said arrive it is full and had booked. can not have both possibilities when people book next to hotel rooms.

I wanted to take my old mom a little nice for her bd today. I'm just here after not all this was busy. saw there for minutes and no service. not even a drink water offered. many people came in after us and got instant service.

We enjoyed our dinner, our server was friendly and very accommodating, everything came in good timing.

The first time we were there, it was great, only when the ding opened again. our server was great for the first time. She was there tonight and trained someone and also worked table. again she did her job. tonight was eating terrible. If...u think about the order of the burger, order the children's dollar children burger it is the same as the dollar-oz-burger. it's crazy. my wife salat in her pack was brown and the broth of my sohnes broken when something and last, how to run out of beer? the management must be in vain with the cook, server and friends on the side.
