Bidra med feedbackMy friend had arranged for a table for 25 that prezzo made available on short notice. nice room, background music was nice. the waiters and waiters were very professional and helpful. the food was good.
Super welcoming. Took all the necessary details and sat us down quickly. Food came out hot and didn't take too long to arrive. Got a kids meal that was suppose to come with broccoli but, they were out so she asked if it would be ok to substitute it with asparagus. I was like ok.
The staff at the restaurant were especially friendly, beginning with the lovely woman at the reception. When we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation, but since we didn’t, it wasn’t an issue at all. The reception lady kindly escorted us to a table. The menu featured a wide variety of delicious Italian dishes. Quin, our server, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, providing us with excellent service and displaying a high level of professionalism. They also offered us shared dish options to complement our meal. Overall, the staff was outstanding, the service was superb, and the food was delightful.

While our drink orders were taken without issue, when it came time to order food, I was told that a manager would have to assist me due to my allergy. I found this a bit puzzling, especially since the waitress was not allergic herself, but I do hope that all employees receive proper training on managing allergens. The manager then took our orders, and our food arrived fairly quickly. A few minutes later, she came back to inform me that the dish I ordered might contain seafood, as the chef had just communicated that to her. There was no indication of seafood on the allergen menu, and thankfully it didn’t affect me, but this highlighted a clear problem with allergy awareness. Shortly after, my friend was mistakenly served a drink by a waitress who had placed drinks from a tablet on our table. The manager was incredibly apologetic and offered us a complimentary drink and to cover the cleaning costs. These things happen. Overall, we had a great experience, but the staff definitely needs to improve their understanding of allergies. We will certainly be coming back.
