Not good cappacino. Made moreike a latte. No frothy head, very weak coffee. Staff friendly though

Got a special breakfast this morning person serving totally uninterested in what she was doing.!! ! by the time we got breakfast it was cold. Waited in cue for coffee and tea also cold. then had to wait to make payment very very poor service. Would not recommend a breakfast here unless you like cold food and drink.

We went to have breakfast with Santa. The whole experience from start to finish was fabulous. All the staff were so helpful and organised. Santa even gave our granddaughter a gust pump. The present was ideal. Would certainly recommend to others. Thank you to everyone I y.

The staff were so kind and attentive on our visit today, to have a festive cream team . Jack was amazing and couldn’t have done more to have made us feel special . Debs was fun and helped make it a lovely experience and Lauren on the till was working so hard and showed real maturity when dealing with several challenging customers , well done team .

We were gifted a afternoon tea for 2 ,one word ABYSMAL,it was a **** disgrace to even suggest what we were given even covered half the cost,as for the picture they advertise on the front of the building showing a afternoon tea spread needs reporting to trading standards,it was nothing like it ,certain parts of the picture were blown up to make out that the cakes were alot bigger than they were,no atmosphere,dirty table,no table clothes,no music, nothing,and this was supposed to be a christmas tea,nothing at all to even suggest it was christmas,my wife even had to go and find someone to refill our coffee cups,if any of you want to waste your money on this christmas tea feel free,ive told the experience we received,never ever again,dobbies you need to hang your heads in shame,YOU ARE BLANTENT RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!
