I went to have lunch with my family and all three toilets were working fine when we arrived. However, after lunch, when I tried to use the restroom, I found that one of the toilets was closed with an out of order sign. I believe this was due to the Australia Day festival with random people using the facilities. This was unfair to us, as paying customers. When I asked the staff about the issue, they couldn't explain and simply said they didn't know. Additionally, I was told to use a portable toilet that had been placed by the council outside. It is highly unlikely that all three toilets were suddenly out of order when they were fine just earlier. This was a very poor experience and I will not be dining here again or recommending it to anyone.

Service: The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who were always willing to assist us. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a charming ambiance that added to the overall dining experience.
