Cafe Bean is a welcoming, spacious, and cozy coffee shop where you can unwind with a friend while enjoying a good cup of coffee and a tasty baked treat. They also offer sandwiches and even kombucha. I've visited a few times and found that the quality of the coffee and service can vary depending on who is working and the time of day. However, if you enjoy bringing your laptop and spending a few hours working or being creative while enjoying coffee and delicious food, then this place is perfect for you. They even have comfortable chairs.
Delicious coffee, killer scones and cinnamon buns, great sandwichess and salads - all in a comfy space. It's a perfect place to meet friends and chat and not in hassled to move along.
Bakers Bean is an excellent spot to meet up with friends for a coffee or a light lunch. They offer a wide selection of coffees, teas, and cold drinks. You can always find a couple of soups, sandwiches, and baked goods to choose from. The seating options include cozy couches, comfortable living room chairs, or traditional tables and chairs, depending on your preference.
If you are looking to spend a lot of money coffee and like the hipster/ hippy scene and being slightly pretentious look no further. I'm not really into many different kinds of coffee but still like being treated with respect. Who likes being scoffed at when asking for a regular coffee? Wasn't really impressed. I may not know every coffee but give me some help then.
I had a green tea and nanaimo bar, the nanaimo bar was huge and the perfect size to share. When I asked for a tea I was given hot water, I did not realize that the tea bags were off to the side and I was to pick out the tea I wanted. This was a little confusing at first because the cashier didn't mention it. Other wise very nice with lots of seating.
