I was booked 3 nights at this hotel and was not so happy. Considering that there is a 4-star hotel, there are some things to consider for me. Reservation and reception were friendly. The room (31) was relatively modern and clean. The TV didn't work until you pushed the cabinet with minibar from the wall to pull off the power plug and turn it on again after a short time. However, the plug has now been wrapped with insulating tape so that it can be assumed that the wires are already open. After the reception the problem was already known. A correction was made only after departure. In the bathroom the electric heating was still defective. The thin door leaves of the room doors let every guest hear. Overall very bright. 3 stars means “good”. If it were a small landboard, my assessment would be more pleasant. But at 75, per night without breakfast for a person in a 4 star hotel should convince more.

I've always been there for 2 weeks now. The new building monteur rooms are very good, therefore often fully booked. 2022 I try to see the apartment as it is. The rooms direckt over the kitchen in old building are very bright. Rumpsteak with onions and bacon beans I highly recommend I am satisfied with the hotel Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very stylish listed house located in the heart of Perleberg. The staff is extremely friendly and careful. The food is very high quality and oberlecker. Best conditions to experience a nice stay with wellness moments. Absolute recommendation. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very nice hotel, the restaurant is also very good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is cheap and slightly simplified, you can add-ons to it. I find better than an overpriced buffet. The historical emperor's room is very nice, unfortunately the street is a bit loud, the bed was a bit too soft.
