And then there’s the food—oh my goodness, it felt like dining at a five-star restaurant without the hefty price tag. Our waitress, Eliza, was fantastic as well—she was attentive, friendly, and just a genuinely wonderful person. We will absolutely come back! We loved this place; it felt like a home away from home. The restaurant at Eiger's White Spider has always been exceptional, but it has reached new heights this year. It likely offers the best dining experience in the mountains, and Hayley, Adrian, Jenny, and Glenn do a fantastic job of maintaining a welcoming family atmosphere.

I had another fantastic stay at the Eigar. The staff and hospitality were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The Eiger is my mountain getaway! From the moment Ashley picked me up in the snow with his big smile to the welcoming presence of Caz at the front desk, I had an incredible experience from start to finish. There's truly no better place in the Australian Alps! Waking up in a mountain view room right on the slopes is unbeatable. The après-ski in the bar and the à la carte menu offer a truly exceptional experience. All the staff make you feel right at home. I look forward to my annual trip all year long.
