I stopped in the store to order a tea. Three employees were there and none of them acknowledged me. Two disappeared into the back room when I approached the counter while the third didn’t move from the register. I waited a few minutes before one of the girls came out of the back room and asked what I wanted. I ordered my drink and paid. The girl behind the register handed the drink to me without saying a word. No “Thank you” or “Have a nice day” nothing. I sent a personal message through Facebook to them relating the situation and expressing my disappointment in the lack of customer service I received. I got no reply from them. Once again I was unacknowledged and ignored. It is for these reasons why I will no longer go to HOL.

HOL is truly amazing! The staff there treat you like family. They make the BEST shakes teas! The facility is always clean. The staff are always so welcoming and answer your questions throughly. And great prices too!! HIGHLY recommend HOL!
