A few tips: It's cash only, but there's an ATM down the hall. The shop is only open until 3 PM on weekdays, so plan accordingly. And remember to be patient! Making the sodas requires a lot of vigorous stirring to get them just right. Enjoy!

Once we got to our room, I attempted to use the scale, but that led to more trouble. I was asked to leave because the nurse apparently had an issue with me weighing myself and even called security on me. While I was outside, I called my partner to check on her, and she answered in tears, saying that the staff had been rude and unkind. She told me that when the nurse tried to take her vitals, she was ordered to sit up and scolded with comments like, "You're 25, let's not play these childish games!" When my partner decided to leave, she reached for the wheelchair, but the staff moved it out of her reach. Meanwhile, I was trying to get back inside to help her, and I heard her crawling out the door with a security guard and two nurses merely watching, completely uncaring. I was appalled by the lack of respect and service at Proctor. The mood was incredibly negative, especially considering my previous visits had been much better. I will not be returning. This experience was infuriating and deeply upsetting. I’ve left out a lot of details for brevity, but it was genuinely shocking. To top it all off, as I was leaving, nurses were still arguing and insulting both my partner and me. The behavior exhibited by the Proctor team was unacceptable.
