Dunkin' - Peoria

Dunkin' has really gone downhill. The workers are getting paid more than ever, yet the service is worse. Can you believe a donut shop without donuts? Unbelievable! My order took forever, and when it finally arrived, everything was cold as if it had just come out of the fridge. To top it off, I received some torn napkins that looked like they had been used before. What a disappointment!

We occasionally visit this restaurant as a family after our son's swim lessons in Hubbard. The staff is friendly, but they get our order wrong about half the time. The other half of the time, it seems like they are out of certain items or the ovens are down. Overall, it's been a consistently disappointing experience, and we've decided to stop going there together. Food rating: 1/5.

During different visits, we’ve faced issues such as a lack of straws, certain menu items being unavailable, and even the blueberry muffins selling out early in the morning. On another occasion, their frozen drink machine was broken. It seems like every time we go, there’s some sort of problem, which contrasts sharply with our experiences at other locations. Some staff members are very friendly, while others aren't as welcoming, especially when errors occur. It appears there’s quite a turnover among the employees. Honestly, if I can avoid going to this place, I usually do.

Good service, good prices as usual in dd. hot cappuccinos are great here. but they were low on donuts.

This has probably been one of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. You get attitude from the staff, they didn't have any donuts, our food looks nothing like what we should have gotten. We asked for sugar they had no regular sugar. I will literally never go back I will tell everyone of this horrible experience.
