The Garden Bar And Restaurant

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Garden Bar and Restaurant located in Hotel Penzance on the east side of town. The restaurant is elevated and set back, offering stunning views of the harbor. The food was excellent, the service was efficient, and the wine selection was impressive. I will definitely be making this restaurant a regular spot. My only suggestion is that the restaurant is now called 'The Garden Bar and Restaurant', which may cause confusion with the name listed on The Fork.

The main highlight of this restaurant is the incredible view overlooking the bay and city. However, the food quality does not live up to the setting. Improvements in presentation and service are necessary in order to make it a dining destination worth visiting, especially considering it is located within a hotel.

Set menu with quite limited choices. Beautiful presentation and good service just slightly disappointed with portions.

The restaurant offers great value for money with a lovely view overlooking the bay and excellent service. Although the menu is short, the dishes are delicious and there are plenty of options for vegetarians. We had a wonderful experience.
