Reviewing the café: In October, I had two lunches in this lovely restaurantI had a 'quiche of the day' and a week later I ordered 'Falafel'.

Firstly the restaurant upstairsIf you want a reasonably priced vegetarian meal with no frills then it is fine.

Health food shop with a restaurant above with some ill informed, but friendly staff. This place is very right on.

Unfortunately in Cornwall is not easy to find a fully vegan restaurant but places like this are an amazing resource for hungry vegans . I really loved their bread and the salad was amazing as well. The vegan orange cake a bit too sweet for me but everything else was really tasty.

Always visit here every holiday. Its a Mecca for vegetarian/vegans . Love it . Great innovative menu
