The staff here is extremely friendly and creates delicious ice cream that will satisfy almost everyone's taste buds! My kids thoroughly enjoyed it and felt safe.

The restaurant has very efficient and friendly staff. They offer great meal deals for $6 or $7 which include a dessert. I had the quarter pound cheeseburger meal with poutine for only $1 more. The service was friendly and they gave me a number while I waited for my order. I liked that they have a suggestion box for feedback and if you eat in, you can take your receipt to the counter after eating to get your dessert. The burger and poutine were decent for the price, but the desserts were the highlight. Overall, it's a good spot for a quick and filling lunch or afternoon snack.

The service was friendly and attentive. The chocolate-dipped cone was delicious, with just the right amount of chocolate this time. It was great to see that they had fixed the issue of too thick of a coating on the cone, which had caused the ice cream to melt everywhere before. I was pleased that I could enjoy my treat without making a mess while driving. Overall, a nice improvement!

Almost $10 for a big blurry and $7 for my favorite peanut buster parfait, which seems to keep smaller and smaller. I'd rather go to tickleberries.

Access to drive-thru and parking lot is a bit of a challenge. It is a one-way lot. Once parked in one of the few empty spots, proceeded to restaurant. The menu was lit up to an extreme brightness. Once ordered I asked for washroom key and was informed that the washrooms are closed because closing time is coming up. So I was able to spend my money but not use the facilities. It took almost 15 minutes to receive the blizzard. Which was agonizing as to my condition. Ugh! I little decency goes along way. I won't have a good feeling about this DQ next time I'm craving ice cream so I will go to another chain.
