Bidra med feedbackTried to order my food online...they charged my card 3x if that wasn't bad enough they said they never got my order but charged me 3x.. So I went inside to order. Was paying cash. There was no one at the register. My first time ever using the order in store option..had been waiting 25 minutes before anyone said anything to me or even started my order. Multiple people who came in after me got their food before me. So I got upset and said I'd been waiting almost 30 minutes and all these people who came in after me got their food before me...The young teenagers in there were getting mad and yelling at the fact that I was highly frustrated by the situation....VERY unprofessional, the manager looked as if she was high and was just as disrespectful as her staff. I intend on reporting this matter to the owner.
When I got my food from the drive-thru I reached into the bag to get my taco out and what I pulled out was a half wrapped taco shell no taco stuff in it, because they didn't wrap the taco correctly and all the taco stuff was at the bottom of the bag. Not only did they not close/wrap the paper around the taco, but also didn't bring any sauce which I clearly asked for some. Can't believe the terrible service. Plus the time consumption I had to wait for it or should I say the three items I ordered.
I am a food delivery person, and I try to avoid this restaurant. They are often rude and I have to constantly deal with the ramifications of their poor service. I have seen promising turnovers of employees, but it seems the “bad apples” take over. Always ends up the the employees making their own rules. Waiting through long lines, lobby closed when it is supposed to be open, and being unreasonable and rude when you do not want to comply with their made up rules. I do not know who manages this store, but this has been going on for over a year. I give up! Some management needs to intervene and close it down or do a complete retraining program. The worst place around!!! If they are so hateful with customers, then think about the passive aggressive things they are doing to your food. Stay away from this store!!!
Worst taco bell in Pensacola. Prices are incorrectly listed on the board, with more than $1 difference. Everything crammed into a small paper bag with nacho fries being on the bottom under burritos. They not only were smooshed but also tasted OLD, borderline cold, probably from being under a warmer so long. Nothing was wrapped properly, half of the filling from the tacos had fallen out. And to top it off, the cinnamon twists were placed UPSIDE DOWN. Cinnamon sugar was everywhere. I just don't understand how something so simple could be this bad. Where's the quality control?
I didn't receive my order after waiting nearly 20 minutes in the drive through. I left without the food or a refund as I couldn't wait any longer and was told they could not issue a refund. Staff was not particularly unfriendly, neither were they helpful however.
