Jellyfish Sushi - Pensacola

My mother and I went across the street today to try out the food around 2 PM. We had a lovely lunch—my mother ordered calamari and gumbo, and she really enjoyed both dishes, saying they tasted fantastic. I tried the Volcano roll sushi along with a small salad, and it was great too! For dessert, my mother decided to celebrate her birthday with a Bushwacker, which was a nice bonus since it came as a free birthday drink, and she absolutely loved it. Our server was delightful, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about the menu. We'll definitely be back!

I want to start by saying how accommodating they were! We had been driving for an hour and arrived just 20 minutes before the kitchen closed, but they welcomed us with open arms. The sushi was incredible! I ordered the salmon, and I truly believe it's the best salmon dish I've ever tasted. My husband had the burger, and even though he was stuffed, it was so delicious that he couldn't stop eating it. We will definitely return next time we're in town!

My new favorite restaurant in the Gulf Coast area (Alabama/Florida)! The service is wonderful, and the food is outstanding. There’s nothing on the menu that hasn't impressed me! And wow... the key lime pie and blueberry cheesecake pie taste absolutely divine!

Jellyfish is one of our regular stops when staying at our condo in Perdido. The seaweed salad is the best and their sushi is excellent. They do not skimp with the fish on their nigiri, it out weighs the rice . Their sushi is a little more expensive, but we always leave happy.

Amazing staff and service! One my top spots to go for sushi, cocktails and an awesome view!
