Bidra med feedbackI had a smooth experience when I left the other weekend, but when I returned today (4/26/22), I encountered issues with a girl who had quite an attitude! I ordered the same package and cookies as last week, but this time it didn't go as smoothly. It was quite frustrating.
These cookies are expensive, but so damn good!! I was sad you didn't have brownies cheesecake today.
Cookie was good, service was an issue. I was waiting in line and was up next. After the kid helped the people in front of me, he pulled out his phone and started texting at the register right in front of me for a minute and a half (with his gloves on) and then put his phone back into his pocket, then greeted me. I asked for a cookie, he then touched my cookie with the same gloves he was wearing while texting. I don?t think you realize just how dirty phones are. This creeped me out and was rude he sat there texting on his phone while I and others were waiting in line. At least go to the back to do that and don?t just sit there while I?m staring at you, waiting to be acknowledged.
Went with a large group of kids/teens and the confusion of everyone wanting different cookies had me a little overwhelmed. The ladies behind the counter was so helpful and patient! Made a birthday celebration go much smoother.
I visited the location at Cordova Mall in Pensacola, FL, hoping to order a 12-inch cookie using a Groupon that was set to expire today. One of the employees took my order and had me press the redeem button, but then another employee intervened and informed me that I couldn't use it because it expired today. What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional manner in which it was handled, complete with a rude attitude from that second employee. While the gentleman who initially tried to assist us was kind and wanted to resolve the issue, the other employee was outright disrespectful. Now, I feel frustrated and disappointed having lost the money I paid and having a bad impression of the Great American Cookie Company. Their customer service was terrible, and it's simply unfair not to honor a Groupon that hadn’t expired yet. I left feeling quite let down.
