Captain D's - Pensacola

I’ve been going here my WHOLE LIFE but today has made me decide I won’t go back. First the order was wrong so I drove back up there to get it corrected and this is what they gave me for my 4 piece chicken

Already not happy I ordered and the next thinh I know the delivery is delayed by over 45 minutes so now it's going to be cold. I eas already concerned that it was going to take almost an hour then I get a text it's going to be bdelayed by at least 1/2 hour. Won't order again.

The fish was fishy, the hush puppies were hard, the stuffed crab over cooked so bad the shell was falling apart. Green beans, mushy and the butterfly shrimp was so tough you couldn't chew it up.

The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and ready to be occupied, checkout was super friendly and welcoming.

I love my Captain D’s, but it was so much better this time because of the staff. Germonte and his team kill it! So friendly and take care of quality service. Thank you Germonte and you also have a blessed day my buddy!
