Vocelli Pizza - Penn Hills

I ordered a pizza at 830p. The store closes at 11pm. Still no pizza. To make it worse, I tried to call them many times, and Noone answered. Not a single person.

Pizza was dry and the pepperoni was incinerated..talk how good your pizza is to my father in law. And he couldn't even chew it ..the girl behind the counter said our pizza wasn't ready but she had a pepperoni one that just came out of the oven..I thinkthey 9ver cooked it and needed to get rid of it ..it will be a while before I am back very disappointed

Will never be ordered from here again. the place is 0.4 km from my house and they told me it would be an hour to deliver. waits an hour and half, then cried because I understand that nobody wants to work anymore, they won't answer the phone. I called somewhere else, thank you for the fiction.

This place is a joke. I’ve ordered from them several times and at least three times I paid for the food and it was never delivered. Despite calling multiple times and being promised it was on the way

This location used to be good. Recently have seen a major decline in service. Orders consistently incorrect and slow service. Employees do not know products. Very disorganized. Employees not wearing gloves while handling food products.
