Bidra med feedbackSherri's is famous for its pies, but when we visited, they only had three varieties available. The service was excellent. We arrived about an hour and a half before closing, and it seemed like they had been very busy. Our server looked a bit worn out, but he was incredibly attentive and friendly. It was obvious he was putting in a lot of effort. He was also very thoughtful, ensuring we had fresh decaf and even double-checked when he mixed up the cups.
I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at this restaurant, accompanied by a nice, strong cup of coffee. The service was friendly and attentive, and I also found the bathrooms to be clean.
I stopped going to this Shari's a long time ago due to poor management and service. I decided to give it another try last week and boy was I surprised! The inside alone looks like a totally new place, the food was hot and fresh. The new Manager was walking around and making sure everyone had what they needed, and that their food was up to par. I'm so happy I'll be able to start becoming a Shari's regular again.
UPDATE: The day after posting this review, I was notified that I would receive a full refund. I 'll update again when I see the credit on my card. If I could leave zero stars, it would be too many. We placed 2 orders on line prepaid and then went to pick them up. Two shakes, a pie, and onion rings were all unavailable (they were about 1/3 of the dollar value of the total . No one knew how to give a refund, nor offered any substitutes. Of the three employees who spoke to us, only Britain tried to help. (Literally, the other server said we can 't do the shakes tonight and then walked away. She first spoke to a cook and we could hear him refuse to assist, and then she contacted an off site manager by phone, who then did not contact me today. It is now 24 hours later, and I have not been refunded nor even contacted. The pickup time was 7:10 pm, but it was 7:40 when I finally left the restaurant with no compensation of any kind after paying for several items and getting none of them. Providing feedback on Shari 's web site requires a receipt number, and of course, I was never given a receipt!
I get we 're in some weird times with the pandemic and lingering inflation... Howe when operating a business quality/ service shouldn 't go down hill. We had the Tillamook Cheeseburger, Fish Chips a kids pancake with bacon hash browns. The cheeseburger was alright lol but the bun was smaller than the burger patty and toppings. Fries ALL around weren 't good. They seemed to be maybe old or double fried. Service is where it 's really lacking. I get people aren 't wanting to work... they have one server. So, she was serving about 5 tables. However she was persistent with other tables but seemed to ignore ours. We wanted ketchup ranch for our fries, we asked twice asked when ordering but never got them. Usually when I drop into a restaurant you get water... when my family member asked for what we the servers response was oh you guys want water? As if that 's a trivial question. Would I return? No. Also their vents at the top of the restaurant need a really deep cleaning.
