McDonald's - Pembroke

The food at this restaurant is of terrible quality. Even though McDonald's is known for having low expectations when it comes to food quality, the dry, stale fries and cold burgers here are ridiculous. Additionally, the restaurant is trying to discourage customers from getting refills on fountain drinks. The prices aren't even cheap anymore. They need to improve their service and provide customers with better value for their money.

The food at this restaurant is not exceptional but meets expectations. It's MacDonalds, so there isn't anything particularly outstanding about the menu. However, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is lively and energetic.

I just waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a milkshake. Two cars in front of us left, appearing angry. When the first car left, they took their payment and then never returned. They forgot three people's orders, including ours, and who knows how many more behind us. The service was very poor.

Went on a family trip to Pembroke to visit family, stopped for food on the way in. The service was terrible and it was messy all over. My son got a quarter pounder and all was well until a few hours later he woke up in the middle of the night with full blown food poisoning, had to have been from this due to not eating anything else all day. Has been severely sick for almost a day now and has not stopped throwing up along with other symptoms. Never go to this McDonalds unless you want to get sick
