Fresh Healthy Cafe - Pembroke

I was in fresh and when I'm in the shopping center, it's my place to take a bit or enjoy a smoothie. everything tastes wonderful, it is very affordable, and I love that it is a healthy option. highly recommended!

In the Pembroke Mall you can find a healthy, well-priced breakfast and lunch that includes salads and very good smoothies. Recommended for vegetarians in a town of carnivores! The pleasant service also helps.

There is only one word I have for this place and its UNBELIEVABLE. I've been going to Fresh for two years and never disappointed. I usually order the turkey bacon avocado wrap, but have tried other wraps and have tried some of the shakes. You're amazing. Also, on some occasions they have given the opportunity to what kind of packaging I wanted, I love the choice when they were there. I would recommend 100% freshness to anyone who is shopping or even for lunch or dinner and does not want fast food. The staff is always pleasant and the prices are good for what you get. I pay the prices for the amazing food / drinks that are made. Will be back soon for another turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap!

Was a little overwhelmed after eating Thai food so went there for some fresh smoothies. I have the kale and it tastes good. Not too watery or too thick, not super smooth, so the Kale leaves added great texture to the drink.

The restaurant is fairly average overall. The smoothies are decent but nothing exceptional. The wraps are okay, but it seems like they are just reheated instead of being freshly prepared. The servers are fine, but the overall experience is not outstanding or terrible.
