Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

Had the new bfast empanada, and it was so good and buttery, hope they keep this item

I was never really a Dunkin person. After my first visit to this Dunkin it became a weekly thing. I do mobile order. my food is ALWAYS correct, hot and on time. The workers are always pleasant with a smile.

My experience at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts was beyond disappointing. The customer service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed disinterested and outright rude, rushing customers through the ordering process with no regard for basic courtesy. One employee, a young lady with brown hair at the window, was particularly abrasive and dismissive. It’s evident that there’s a serious lack of management oversight, as such behavior would never be tolerated in a properly run establishment. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that future customers are not subjected to the same disrespectful treatment.

Been coming here since I was a kid, aside from the obvious updates throughout the years, the place is the same and I wouldn't change a thing about it, and the staff is rad every time I'm there too!

The coffee, the donuts, the grilled cheese sandwiches, so delicious!
