Little Caesars Pizza - Pembroke

The pizza here is so amazing that I almost got robbed while waiting in the drive-thru! However, I've noticed some concerning changes lately. It seems there's a severe shortage of staff—perhaps it's because of the safety issues in the drive-thru? During my last few visits, there was only one employee working, which led to long wait times. I witnessed several pizzas being thrown out, not because of burnt crusts, but because the toppings were overcooked. Ordering ahead online is also not effective; I received an email saying my order was ready, only to find out it hadn't even started baking yet. This location really needs some help! It was fantastic just a year ago.

I ordered an appetizer and ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes, only to find out that they had prepared only three pizzas. Instead of the deep dish pizza I requested, I received two small sausage pizzas that tasted worse than the pizza I remembered from high school. It was quite disappointing.

This will be the last time I order for pick-up through the app. Every time, it has taken an hour, or sometimes even longer, beyond the stated ready time for me to receive my order. Most of the time, they don’t even begin preparing it until I arrive at the store. Then I'm told it will be ready in 15 minutes, but 15 minutes later, it's another 15-minute wait. Additionally, my order has been canceled without any notification.

This restaurant urgently requires management intervention. The owner should consider hiring additional staff, replacing current employees with more experienced ones, or personally training new recruits to improve operations. If these changes aren't made, it may be best to close the establishment.
