They have the best food. great bun and pommes . and everything else is great. love this place for fast eating . super job

Normally I receive good service, but the lady at the window had an attitude. I asked for fresh fries couldn't get that. There wasn't anything fresh on my plate. My food wasn't even warm. The chicken was hard to chew. I paid 15$ for some bs. Asked for extra napkins, she said they're in your plate, they were greasy from the chicken.

The food is excellent and the customer service is consistently top-notch every time I visit. I highly recommend dining here.

This restaurant serves delicious food overall, with their French fries being particularly excellent. However, recently they have not been as good, tasting dry and causing me to stop ordering them. The last few times I have had the fish, it has been very fatty, which is a change from when it used to be excellent. It seems like someone else might be cooking and not draining the fat properly. I have asked them to drain my fish well, but they do not seem to listen. On the other hand, their cole slaw, potato salad, and hamburgers are all excellent. Despite these issues, this is still the best place to eat in Pelham. I am considering speaking to the manager about the fat content of the fish.

Even though we have moved to North Carolina and Virginia in recent years, one thing we always make time for is a visit to Chicken Trax. It is a must-do for us! My grandmother adores this place, and so do we! The service is exceptional and the food is fantastic. The chicken livers are especially delicious - they make you want to come back for more. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
