Grand Hawaii Pekanbaru

Was there with my lover during a trip to Pekanbaru. The room is cozy and ours has a balcony connected to a garden on the roof. Excellent.

The office picked the hotel for me. Room was spacious, a kettle was present, but tge refrigerator warns working. Ac also good, cable TV also ok. hot shower worked only in the evening, at 4 a.m., not even near warm. Wifi wasn't good. Due to the flight plan we skipped the in-house breakfast.

Clean hotel with comfort, but the staff is friendly..

I stayed at room 510, this is non smoking room. But the smell is smoki. The light at bathroom is dimmed. There's toothpaste cap in sink. Toilet need plumber, always flood when u dump.

The Location is good near to jalan sudirman, car parking is too small, cafe area is good place to hang out, price was ok and the taste was good.
