Bidra med feedbackI stayed at room 510, this is non smoking room. But the smell is smoki. The light at bathroom is dimmed. There's toothpaste cap in sink. Toilet need plumber, always flood when u dump.
The Location is good near to jalan sudirman, car parking is too small, cafe area is good place to hang out, price was ok and the taste was good.
Been here for a long stay few years ago, fell wanna go back there. theres a small park on rooftop. Good location.
It was one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced. The staff does not helpful or friendly. Low-quality service. I waited for 45 minutes for the check-in, like why don't you clean the room before, and the room is not even clean, there was tissue dust and paper in the bed, the room' smelly, the bathroom even worse. Had to call the cleaning service staff 3 times to clean the room and its not clean yet. Have complained many times to the counter but the staff does not really pay attention to customers complaints. One thing to say, please train your staff better, the cleaning service staff and the customer service staff were not helpful at all.
The service is so bad. Not all of the visitors come for a vacation or a happy trip, some of us just finish our work and want to rest soon. The check out time is 12 pm. We came at 5pm and the staff said “you can check in later coz our OB is still cleaning your room” what??? You have 5 hours! Prepare the room before the guest coming, NOT WHEN THE GUEST COMING. We have to wait for about 30 min. Such a wasting time. 2nd, the amenities were also prepared when we asked them to. So we have to call the front desk for doormat and slippers. Prepare them before we come, okay!! So once we enter our room, we can rest peacefully. Some detail you also need to take care of. Your breakfast menu is fish fillet, suppose to be no bone inside it, yet still a lot of bone. You have to know the standard of fish fillet or chicken fillet or whatever. Small but disappointing. The last, when we checkout we have to wait for about 15 minutes for your staff checking our room, wether something is missing or maybe the guest steal something. Okay that’s good. But the problem is, one of our item was forgotten. And your staff didn’t say anything!! What???? What’s the point checking our room ??? If the guest’ item left behind and you do nothing????? Dear manager, train your staff better, please!!
