I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff member taking our order was distracted, talking to the customers behind us, and as a result, she got our order wrong and charged me for something I didn't request. The food came out rushed and was dry. I definitely won't be returning.
You have a store full of employees but choose not to take orders during peak hours. It's Saturday—an incredibly busy day in Durham! You shouldn't close your service between 10:30 and 11:00 when your Google listing clearly states that you close at 11:30. You need to do better, Wingstop! P.S. Take a look at the photo, though. SMH.
Service is horrible, food takes forever to get out.. we were like the 2nd people to come in and we’ve been waiting for 20 mins. Now the lobby is full of people and we’re STILL waiting. This makes no sense what so ever. Also the ice is out and all the drinks are hot. We were going to dine in but since it’s taking so long we’re just doing carry out.
This place is dirty! We arrived at 11am and all of the tables had trash on them which means they were obviously not cleaned the night before. The doors and windows had so many hand prints on them, you could barely see out. There was no ice and the food took forever to come out. First and last time eating here.
