On a positive note, we were thrilled that our granddaughter's order arrived within minutes! Just a side note: we had a reservation that got canceled by someone else in the restaurant, so we had to make a new one. Overall, they definitely need to improve their staffing in order to enhance the dining experience.
It was my daughter's 10th birthday, and I had made a priority reservation through OpenTable. I arrived about 10 to 15 minutes early, but unfortunately, we didn’t get seated until 15 minutes after our reservation time. We had to ask multiple times for cookies, utensils, and a high chair. Additionally, there was a long wait after we were seated before our waiter came to assist us.
When we arrived, I asked for decaf coffee, and it took 20 minutes to get to me—only to find that they had forgotten the Sweet ‘N Low, which took another 15 minutes to arrive! To make matters worse, our order was incorrect as well. A meal that usually takes us about an hour ended up taking nearly two. By the end, our server noticed my frustration and said she would ask the manager to deduct the cost of the coffee. However, that didn’t happen, so I requested to speak with the manager myself. He offered to take $15 off our bill for the inconvenience. We ended up leaving, likely never to return. The only reason I might consider coming back is for the biscuits at Red Lobster, which are one of my favorites, but if I do, it will probably be at a different location.
Eating was good, but service was extremely slow.
