Papa Johns Pizza - Pearl City

I recently ordered from Papa John's through DoorDash, and I must say, it was a satisfying experience. I opted for a small pizza for one person along with a drink, all for $20. Despite being a small pizza, it packed a punch in terms of flavor. Each bite was delicious, and I found myself finishing it rather quickly.The convenience of ordering through DoorDash added to the overall experience. The delivery was prompt, and my order arrived in perfect condition. It was great to be able to enjoy a tasty pizza without having to leave the comfort of my home.While I thoroughly enjoyed my Papa John's experience overall, there was one aspect that left me disappointed: the fact that I had to pay extra for a pepperoncini and dipping sauce. This small detail might seem insignificant, but it did affect my overall impression and explains my rating. Despite the tasty pizza and prompt delivery, the additional charge for what is typically a complimentary item was a bit disheartening. However, I still believe Papa John's offers a satisfying meal option, especially when ordered through DoorDash, and I would recommend it with this caveat in mind.Overall, I was impressed with Papa John's. The pizza tasted great, the delivery was quick, and the price was reasonable considering the quality of the food. It's definitely a go-to option for a satisfying meal when craving pizza.

I picked up pizza here a couple weeks ago and I saw the manager first hand genuinely feel horrible about a mistake made by a driver grabbing the wrong pizza. She did everything she could to make it right. They really are genuine here and care about meeting customer expectations. It's not lip service. That's a rare thing. I'll keep coming back here.

I ordered Papa John 's through Door Dash. Our expected time of delivery was at 7:30pm. Approximately 40 min after our order went in. At 7:27pm I get a message that our dinner order is cancelled because we weren 't able to make it !No heads up, no nothing...and my kids were hungry and totally looking forward to it.

They gave us the wrong pizza twice in a row. Second time they gave us very expired pizza sauce to the point that the lid was bulging due to the pressure from being spoiled. It smelled bad and gave my husband a stomachache (he didn’t realize until the first bite that it was rancid). They offered us a refund but today, 9 days later, we still haven’t gotten it. All we’ve received is a call from the district manager saying it’s simply not possible that the sauce is expired because “they make the sauce fresh daily”. I don’t recommend them
