Waffle House - Pearl

Pulled in...a little road-weary, for breakfast. Stephen did a great job: professional.

My neighbor and I decided spur of the moment to run and eat around midnight since our Internet was out. We were bored and starving. I haven 't been out to eat locally since COVID and have never eaten at this particular location. The food was yum, we both ordered the All Star. And my eggs were perfectly over easy. The server, I wish I could remember her name, was attentive and very nice. Without a doubt, I 'll definitely return for that midnight where can I get something to eat again. A big thanks to the person cooking and the server for great service!

No chain of command one server ,cook quit the morning I went by ,server had no way of locking door, I called three other waffle houses trying to get a regional managers number no one would answer the phone.

Simple breakfast. Eggs scrambled with cheese. Cheese grits and toast. Everything was good. Fast and efficient. Normal Waffle House activities lol.

I am a bodybuilder, and I used to stop by this location for a satisfying cheat meal when I wanted to treat myself to some indulgent, non-health-conscious food. Upon entering, I noticed it was quite busy, so I patiently waited for my turn. However, I never received any assistance. When I finally addressed a server, she was rude and got my order wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, she stood in front of me, being loud and disrespectful. I have never experienced such behavior in my life, especially in front of other customers. She seemed to think it was amusing, but it was simply unacceptable. The store manager didn't intervene; he just smiled and failed to address the situation or take any action against her. It felt like chaos in there, and both the server and the male manager should be fired. As a professional amateur bodybuilder, I believe this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
