Dairy Queen - Pearl

The manager, Jeremy, and his staff are extremely friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant for birthday cakes and lunch. The interior recently underwent renovation and is now very clean. The wait time is minimal and the food is always freshly prepared. I prefer coming here over other places because the wait time is much shorter - you only have to wait a couple of minutes at Dairy Queen compared to 20 minutes at the McDonald's drive-thru.

Although we did not order from Dairy Queen, I had a conversation with one of the most polite managers, Jeremy, in the fast food industry. Jeremy personally called me to follow up after I made a call about an order. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and polite. I wish there were more people like him working in fast food restaurants. If I lived in Pearl, I would not hesitate to give him my business frequently. Even the young lady I spoke to before him was very sweet. Thank you Jeremy for being one of the good ones. Your exceptional service does not go unnoticed!

I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but time after time, my experience, especially during this last visit, has been negative. The food quality has always been good, but the staff lacks in customer service and efficiency. I placed a mobile order and arrived fifteen minutes later. When I informed the cashier about my order, they asked if it was ready, even though it hadn't even been started. Another employee mentioned that the cooks were not focused on their work, but assured me that my food would be ready soon. After waiting in my car for another 5 minutes and returning, I saw the cook chatting with coworkers. The cashier questioned why I was back and I reminded her that I was still waiting for my food. After a few more minutes, I finally received my order. I was not the only customer experiencing delays. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The cashier lacked customer service skills and the cooks showed a lack of dedication to their work. Frankly, I am surprised that most of these employees still have their jobs at this establishment.
