Really good service here. I was kindly acknowledged and spoken to by all three employees on shift 9/7/23 at 11:22. Very courteous and professional. Fast service and well prepared food. Great customer service.

I enjoyed the food. It was really good, but the service was not great. The line moved along very slowly. It took forever to get my food. I probably won't go back to this Captain D's.

This location is as alright. As a manager, I’d probably have it looking a bit more cleanly. The sauce dispenser didn’t work. The sweet tea was great. The helper at the counter was great. The food wasn’t bad. I got fish and fries. I would eat only if I had a hankering for captain Ds. Didn’t disappoint, didn’t impress. 6/10

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the employees were quite unprofessional. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the food since I never received it. I visited the Pearl location today to pick up lunch 45 minutes after they opened. After placing my order and paying, I was told by the cashier to pull up and wait. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes, and when I drove back around to the window, I waited another 15 minutes without the cashier even opening the window, despite her being right there. I demanded a refund, but she insisted that I had to pull up again. Then a male manager or cook came out, claiming they had just opened, even though they had been open for over an hour at that point. I repeatedly asked for my refund until he finally retrieved my receipt and gave me my money back. I will never return to this restaurant again.
